More than 24 hours before your booking: You may cancel and the pass will be returned to your account balance.

Less than 24 hours before your booking: Cancellations will not result in a pass being returned to your account.

No-shows: If you do not attend your booked session, no pass will be returned.

Cancellations by us: If we need to cancel your booking for any reason (e.g. maintenance, emergency, unforeseen closure), the pass will be returned to your account or we will offer to reschedule at no extra cost.
